Guidelines for Submission

There are two categories of submissions:

Regular Papers

Regular papers should be formatted according to the LNCS guidelines, and have a length of at most 12 pages (excluding the bibliography and potential appendices). The appendix will be consulted at the discretion of the program committee.

Papers authored or co-authored by members of the program committee are allowed.

Papers should not be made anonymous, RP'25 will use single-blind reviewing process.

Authors are asked to submit their papers through IMDEA's HotCRP instance. Submission deadline for papers on July 4 AoE.

Presentations

In addition to the formal presentations based on our LNCS proceedings volume, we invite researchers to submit papers that recently appeared (or which is going to appear) in journals or proceedings of another conference, or 2-pages abstracts of ongoing work. These submissions will not be published in the proceedings.

Submission deadline for presentations on August 1 AoE. Submit using the same link as regular papers, selecting "New presentation-only submission".

Green Open Access Policy

Authors of both regular and presentation papers are encouraged to make full versions of their submissions freely accessible in an online repository such as the arXiv or their institution's repository. It is expected that authors of accepted regular papers will make their full papers, with complete proofs, publicly available.
